This McGregor Boulevard Estate Home was renovated completely inside, has a new laundry/master bath addition on the back. The old garage was converted to an office, craft studio, and wine cellar. This recognizable house in the City of Fort Myers didn't need much on the outside; a new front porch, paint, and landscaping was all it took to restore this home to its original splendor.
