The Triad Team

Building to Your Lifestyle

PRESIDENT

Michael Peters is a Chicago native and is a graduate of Drake University (BS Business Administration) and Northwestern University (BS Civil Engineering). In 1975 he moved to Florida and started working in the construction industry. Working and learning the business from the ground up he gained experience in every trade and became one of the state’s youngest certified general contractors. In 1977 Mike founded DMI, Inc., our sister company dmihomes.com, a very successful entry-level home builder that has built thousands of homes across Southwest Florida. In 1981, sensing a need for an experienced general contractor, with a “hands-on” approach, in custom residential and commercial construction, he founded The Triad Group. Mike’s education along with his many years of “hands-on” experience in the Florida Construction Industry make him a remarkably qualified general contractor.

VICE PRESIDENT
