Estero Golf

Nestled along Florida’s Gulf Coast between Naples to the south and Fort Myers to the north, Estero boasts a population of 36,939 (2020) and is considered one of the best places to live in Florida. Living in Estero offers residents a dense, suburban feel, and most residents own their homes. The community features numerous restaurants and parks, creating an ideal living environment.

Once a citrus community, Estero has evolved to become the home of Florida Gulf Coast University and a relaxing destination. Visitors are captivated by the nearby beaches and intrigued by Estero’s Mound Key Archaeological State Park. Rising more than 30 feet above the water, miles from shore, ancient shell mounds transform the landscape of Estero Bay. Composed of bones, shells, and pottery pieces, this site is believed to have been the ceremonial center of the Calusa Indians. Access to the site is by boat only, but the journey is well worth it.
