This home located in the Harborage was built in 1986. The master bath reflected finishes from that time featuring a "dusty rose" cultured marble whirlpool tub, shower surround, and vanity top. Looking to modernize the space the owners chose to remodel the bath including re-building the shower and finishing with new wall tile and stone mosaic trim, a new Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, a new tub deck featuring mosaic tile trim with a Crema Marfil marble top and steps. In addition they added a solid maple double vanity painted and glazed and a Crema Marfil marble vanity top. New floor tile, paint, and closet doors finished off the job.
This beautiful home in Palmetto Point was in need of some updating. The owner chose to install all new impact resistant windows and doors, new marble flooring, remodel baths including new maple cabinetry, install new mahogany wine cellar in an under the stairway closet, install a new decorative rail on the stair case, and renovate the pool and spa area including the outdoor kitchen and bar area.
This home built in the 70's had all of the attributes you see in new homes today such as large spaces, and high ceilings, but it also had 1970's finishes. The owner's vision was to modernize the home with the finest finishes available today. Work included a new roof, new paint inside and out, new kitchen and baths including cherry, oak, and alder cabinetry, new wood flooring and mud set stone flooring throughout, impact windows and doors, and a totally renovated pool, spa, and deck area with a new outdoor kitchen.
North Captiva is a barrier island located off the coast of Fort Myers Florida and is accessible only by boat. There are no cars on the island, only golf carts. The logistical challenges of getting material and labor to the job site are many. Triad is experienced in working on all the barrier islands and can handle all of the logistical challenges of working in these areas.
This beach house was built in the early 90's by the current owner's. It survived Hurricane Charley with minor damage. The owner's were looking to update the finishes and improve the layout and functionality of some of the rooms including the kitchen and master bath.
Improvements included a newly designed, more functional modern kitchen with island. To include custom design and layout, stained and glazed solid alder cabinets, granite tops, mosaic glass backsplash, new stainless steel modern appliances including an induction cooktop and microwave drawer. All of the custom cabinetry was designed, built and installed by Triad Group in their custom cabinet shop. The kitchen/great room also received all new 5 1/4" baseboards, new engineered wood flooring, and a new paint job.
The master bath, as originally designed, was totally non functional. Triad took the existing space and designed a new layout to make the area functional, comfortable and modern. The finishes include new stained and glazed solid alder cabinets, granite tops, and new wall and floor tile. The two guest baths in the home also received new 36" high vanities, granite tops, and rectangular under mount sinks.
