The Forest Country Club Renovation and Addition

This Florida style home built in 1987 underwent a major renovation and addition. The owner's love of the Southwest led them to remodel their home in the mission style. We remodeled every aspect of this home including a dining room and laundry room addition, front elevation, new kitchen and baths, impact windows and doors, stone floors, new paint in and out, new tile roof, and a completely renovated pool, spa, and deck.

Palmetto Point Renovation & Addition

This beautiful waterfront home located in Palmetto Point underwent a major renovation and addition. The entire home was gutted and re-built with new additions, including a 3 car garage and bonus room, new kitchen and baths, mud-set travertine flooring, impact windows and doors, new roof, new paint inside and out, new pool and natural stone deck. The trim details and mahogany staircase in this home are perfectly done and it is a showcase for the talent of our Triad staff.

This home was originally built in 1985. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Fort Myers it was in a sad state of disrepair. This once stately home was built in 1924 and is located in the City of Fort Myers' Seminole Park Historic District. All changes were approved by a Historic Review Committee. Triad has been awarded the contract to reinstate this home to it's original state. Our challenge was to make this home new and modern but still maintain the old charm. With the job now complete we are very proud to show you the end result.
