The owner chose to install all new impact resistant windows and doors, new marble flooring, remodel baths including new maple cabinetry, install new mahogany wine cellar in an under the stairway closet, install a new decorative rail on the stair case, and renovate the pool and spa area including the outdoor kitchen and bar area.
