The Triad Group has a long history in the building industry in Southwest Florida. Currently in it's second generation, The Triad Group was founded in 1981 by Michael Peters who was looking to specialize in Commercial and Custom Residential Construction.
We are a truly unique general contractor. Much of our success over the last 29 years can be attributed to our business philosophy that as the general contractor it is not enough to be a paper contractor managing the projects from an office, but it is our responsibility to be integrally involved in the field as well. Our personal attention and our "hands-on" approach to each job insures that every Triad job is finished on time with the quality that our clients expect and the quality and consistency that we demand.
Triad also appreciates the importance of our subcontractors and over the years has been able to foster long lasting and successful relationships with a team of qualified and experienced sub contractors. We have a mutual understanding with our subs of what it takes to make a job successful and make our clients happy. Our subs are committed to maintaining a tight budget, staying on schedule, and performing their work with a high level of professionalism, quality, and consistency.
Since 1981 The Triad Group has completed a variety of successful projects in Southwest Florida. We are experienced, financially sound, and have an outstanding reputation. Drawing upon a talented team of staff and sub contractors and applying our "hands-on" construction approach, we are able to offer a very positive and successful building experience to our clients.
